THEME 3. Client Communications & Satisfaction

THEME 4. Community, Partnership & Supplier Diversity

THEME 5. Diversity Action Planning (BESPOKE)

Each theme is underpinned by a number of good practice standards.

There are 25 good practice standards in total.
